activities calendar at Faerland Terrace is designed with the individual resident in mind. Each month, residents choose from
a variety of exciting cultural, educational, and social programs. We offer daily exercises, spiritual activities, resident
sponsored clubs, and unique creative, social and learning opportunities, such as engaging games and movies, arts & crafts, and gardening. The activities program is also complemented
by a variety of interesting outings as well as by a full calendar of exciting entertainers. Monthly trips to local restaurants,
visits to area museums and parks, local theatre and performances - Seattle Rep, McCaw Hall, Benaroya, Town Hall to name
a few, weekly scenic drives and shopping outings provide residents with community interaction and involvement. In addition,
daily newspaper reading and current events discussions serve to keep residents up-to-date with the world around them. The
activities program also fully encourages and supports family and friends involvement, volunteer participation, and intergenerational
interaction.
